Can't login to WordPress

    I can’t access my wordpress admin page it is hosted by an external host. I’ve contacted them and they’ve said the site is hosted by WordPress, but it has been transferred for over a week and was working yesterday.

    I’ve looked at the php and the username on the database is right and I’ve looked at the file manager section but I can’t find the login details.
