When i out in my website url to my site into the app, it says that my site is not connected to wordpress, please hw can i solve this problem

Thanks for reaching out to our team! I can see what’s causing that to happen.
Yes, the domain, brandsprof.com is connected to WordPress.com. There is no hosting plan in our system, though. That’s why it won’t connect in the app.
Are you planning to move hosting providers to our managed environment? Or, do you want to keep things set up as they are?
If the second option is preferred then your site needs a Jetpack connection in order for the app to work. When I put the site through our debug tool I can see you have an active connection now. Was this added after this post was made? Do you still need help?

Yes i still need help. i have jetpack on my website which i use in checking my daily stat and also share my content to social media.
So am fully connected but still do no know why this is like this.

Are you using the WordPress or the Jetpack app? It’s recommended to use the Jetpack app if you want to take advantage of features like Stats.
If you’re using the Jetpack app already and have trouble seeing your site, I recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your WordPress.com account. This usually fixes issues like the one you’re having.
