Can't login to WordPress to comment on a blog.

    Hello,
    I was on this blog site: [mature link] and wanted to comment so I clicked the ‘You must log in to post a comment’
    I tried to login & the 1st page recognized me ‘Log in as MICHELLE ROSS
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)’ but when I clicked the green ‘Log In’ button I kept getting this error message: ‘We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.’
    When I went to http://www.wordpress.com & then clicked the ‘Update Your Profile’ it has my information & a button ‘Log Out.’ I go back to the blog page & it still says I’m not logged in.

    Another interesting point that might help with troubleshooting this is that when I go to the search page and search ‘Gaelforce Audios’ ‘GaelforceAudios’ ‘Gaelforce_Audios’ no results for the blog page postings are listed let alone the blog itself.
    The site won’t show up on our internal searches because it’s a mature blog.

    Hi Michelle, it looks like they’re restricting comments to site members, and as far as I can see, you are not a member of the site.

    Can you reach out to them directly and ask if that’s their intent? If it isn’t, they can contact support and we can help them change that setting, if needed.
