Can’t Login to WordPress using correct Username & Password and can’t access WordPress login URL

  Hello there,

  Good day!

  I can’t login to WordPress using the correct username and password.

  Already tried to reset my password but still can’t log in.

  Also, another big issue is, I can’t access or the page is not showing when I go to WordPress login URL.

  Which is by adding /wp-login.php at the end of my site’s URL.

  Please help.

  This happened after we’ve completed creating our website. Can’t afford to lose it. Please.

  Hello,

  Your reply is much appreciated.

  But this site is managed at WordPress.com

  And actually I have 2 sites, I can access the other one only and the other one I can no longer access.

  (#1) https://dkgroupusa.com/wp-login.php -> I can access

  (#2) https://drkreslyn.com/wp-login.php -> I can not access

  Please help us resolved this. We need this site to go live.

  Hi, neither of those sites is hosted here on WordPress.com. dkgroupusa.com is hosted by GoDaddy, and drkreslyn.com by AWS (Amazon Cloud).

  I checked drkreslyn.com, and it’s not loading. So, you need to contact AWS to get help restoring it.
