Can’t login to WordPress website and Changing Passwords doesn’t Work

  We use WordPress to edit our site which is hosted at https://easily.uk/

  We can’t login to our site – I can’t and neither can the other admin because it has started rejecting our username/e-mail and passwords. We can reset our passwords and we get an e-mail with a link to do this but after changing our passwords the login is still rejected whether we use the recommended password or one we create ourselves.

  We reached out to https://easily.uk/ but they say it is problem with WordPress Login which is a 3rd Party and we have to get support from WordPress.

  We therefore don’t know what to do to sort this out.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org or ask for some advice in their forums.
