cant login to wordpress with user name only

  i have a website made on wordpress now hosted by hostinger, i cant login into wordpress and i am not in touch with my web designer, and he made his email as primary email when contstructing my site, how can i login and add chapcha to my site? without my site form sends spams and the email gets disabled daily. Please advise me what can be done

  Hey there, if you’re trying to access an installation at another host, I’d recommend asking your host for help with these steps:
  http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  Then you’d want to use https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ going forward, since our forums are for the sites hosted with us.

  If you’re referring to a site hosted here, use these steps instead:
  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
