Can’t login to wp admin

Hello,
I try to login to my wordpress admin page (greengoes.online/wp-admin) but the password doesn’t work anymore. I tried to reset the password by clicking on ‘lost your password’ button but I get directed to the ‘page not found’ page of my website.
Can you please help me?

The site greengoes.online appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please check out:

However, if you can access the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

Your site is hosted with Bluehost, so I would first try contacting them. They should have access to your account and be able to assist you with regaining access to your site as well: https://www.bluehost.com/contact/
