Can't login to wp-admin. Also odd stuff on my header.

So, I am a bit of a newbie, but I tried to log into my wp-admin today and it wouldn’t work. I went to the site and saw some interesting code at the top. It says:
Warning: Declaration of Image_Cleanup_Backup_Table::prepare_items($backup_array) should be compatible with WP_List_Table::prepare_items() in /home1/chad10e/public_html/wp-content/plugins/image-cleanup/image-cleanup.backup-table.class.php on line 7

Any ideas what it would mean? It is also there when I try to access wp-admin, and I was wondering if there is another way to get in there than just putting in the URL. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. This is for http://www.utahphysicaltherapy.com. Thanks!
