can’t login to wp-admin using MAMP server

For some reason I can’t login to my wordpress admin account to delete a post and otherwise work on my site. I did semi-recently try to link it to bluehost as this is a brand new site in the making. I had to transfer the domain from one gmail account i had to another affiliated with the site name.. I don’t know anything about building a website! I hope some of these details help.. basically i’m locked out of my account and when i try ‘reset password’ the email never comes to my gmail. What should I do? Thanks so much

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
Your MAMP site won’t be able to email you, since you don’t host emails from your computer. You’ll likely need to use phpmyadmin or another method to get the right login. These pages are helpful to learn how to overcome login issues on WordPress powered sites not hosted at WordPress.com:
