Can't login – two-step authentication

Hi!
I can´t login in my account. My original acount is sarademiguel.wordpress.com but I created this account just to write in the forum.
Anyway, on the other account the two-step authentication is activated. Therefore, when I login, I am asked to enter a verification code. As I didn’t know I had to keep the Goodle Authenticiation app on my phone, I deleted it after the generation of the first code.
Now as I deleted the app, it can’t generate a code for me to login.
What can I do now? Can any admin from the support deactivate two-step authentication for my other account? Otherwise I won’t be able to login anymore.
