Can't login – website completely down?

  After a lot of work I nearly finished my website, and now all of a sudden I have no access to it and it doesn’t seem to exist.

  I am unable to login to the dashboard because my password suddenly stopped working. When I try to have a new password emailed to me it says that the e-mail I am providing is not in the system when I know for a fact that it is the correct e-mail. I had to create new account just to post on this forum since there is no other support option.

  It seems that I have to start from scratch and build a whole new website. Help.

  How about you tell us what website you’re talking about? I’m 90% sure you’re in the wrong forum anyway.

  Which is, as I suspected, not a WordPress.COM blog but a WordPress.ORG blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and you need to be over at their forums for help with that version of the software.

  It is .COM, not .ORG.
