Can't login, weird wordpress advertising takes over

  Weird photography advertisement and domain info show up when I try to login. If I login via google same thing. Also, my login text looks like chicken scratch. Able to access my site only through a link from my other blog. Thanks for the help!

  Can you log in directly via https://tbnranch.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ ?
