Can't login with WordPress

Dear WordPress,
I’m having trouble logging in to a blog that requires my WordPress Account.
More specifically, I try to log in, but it says that “this account doesn’t exist”, “unknown username” or “unknown email” and it keeps going with every attempt.
Can you please help?

I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing. From what I can see, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. Your site is powered by the open-source WordPress software hosted with NixiHost.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely seperate entities, we cannot access files that are hosted elsewhere because we are WordPress.com volunteers and staff and can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. I am also very sorry you are experiencing this same issue. If your site is hosted with wordpress.com or you arent sure, please provide the URL of your website so we can check and give the proper support for the issue you are experiencing.
