Can't login WP admin

    I go to WordPress.com Log In. Enter User Name and Password. Get to I think Dashboard. There is a WP Admin that requires a second log in. Formerly I could use this using a second and different User Name and Password. Now I can’t. Attempts to re-set go nowhere and simply send me back to original log in. I’m just lost. What do I do next? How do I fix this?
