Can't Logout

  I keep clicking ‘logout’ under My Account, but it just takes me to Freshly Pressed…with my toolbar still accessible. If I’ve clicked it once, I’ve clicked it a thousand times and I keep getting the same result. Please help… :(

  Which browser and version of it are you using please?

  im using Safari, but I don’t know the version. Definitely the latest, though, I recently updated.

  I hope another Volunteer can help you because I don’t have any help to offer. Have you tried troubleshooting?

  • You could have a browser issue so try changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies – instructions for specific browsers.
  • Note that when you make adjustments to your browser settings — changing privacy settings, deleting cookies or increasing security — you will need to close your window and restart the browser before those new settings become effective.
  • You could try using another browser.
