Can't make a menu called "Home" Please help!

Hi there,
I am having hard time with setting up my blog on wordpress. I spent hours but I can’t figure out how.
I am trying to make “Home” menu but it won’t work.
First, I went onto Dashboard > Appearance > Menu.
I added all kinds of menu but when I’m trying to add “Home” it won’t show up on my website.How can I add “Home?”

If you create page with the same word then you will have two “home” tabs. Some themes like yours ie. Ocean Mist have a tab titled “home” that’s a link to the main page. It’s only a tab. There is no actual page. It’s coded into the template and you cannot remove it. Visitors can click it from any other page in the blog and be returned to the front page of the blog. Note that have to create a page first before you can include it in a custom menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
