Can't make a payment due to Jetpack

  Help! I am trying to make a payment on my domain mapping and it keeps saying I can’t since I have Jetpack. Then it doesn’t route me to a different payment place. It’s about to expire and no one is available at WordPress for support. Can anyone help?
