  I have the same problem. I can’t make changes and instead of showing the photos, it shows their names! I feel like crying right now.
  If anyone knows what the problem might be, I’m all ears.

  Thanks for writing to us. Please confirm which site this issue is happening on. Can you further describe the behavior? For example, is there an error message? Blank screen? Etc…

  I would suggest ruling out your browser as the problem. Typically, issues like what you’ve described are solved by trying the following:

  – Clear the cache:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  
  – Test in a different browser
  – Disable browser extensions
  – Check for browser updates

  Thank you for answering.
  Everything worked all right till yesterday when I wanted to update and introduced some new pictures. Since then, instead of showing the pictures, you can only see the names they have in my files and, of course, no pictures can be seen at all.
  I have three sites and I have the same problem updating all of them.

  I used another browser and the problem remains.

  I’d really appreciate that you look at it and tell me what you think the problem is.

  What happens when you try to edit those sites and make changes? Are you getting an error message of some sort? Or when you say ” I can’t make changes”, do you mean that nothing you do fixes the problem?

  In short, the pictures can’t be seen. Instead, their names are shown in red letters and in a disordered way.

  Does the gallery block if you create a new test page, and just add that in only once?
