Can’t make my blog private

  I’m using WordPress version 2.5.1 and I’m trying to make my blog private so that only a selected few will be able to log in and see it.

  In Options I can select to block search engines, but I can’t find the function for password protecting the entire blog.

  Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

  On WordPress.COM, we use the WordPress-MU platform. By your description I suspect you are self-hosted, so please ask over at wordpress.org’s support forum.
