Can’t make new post; page is blank.

  When I click on the “write” tab, it brings me to a blank screen.

  Hi there, is this happening on all your WordPress.com websites or a specific one? If so, which one?

  It sounds like a browser issue. Please try logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies, which will also log you out of any other website you are logged in to, and closing your browser entirely. Then open it and log back in.
