Cant make payment thro mastercard

Hi, I am trying to make the payment for a Personal Plan, however I keep getting this error message ‘The transaction was declined. Please try another card’ as soon as I press the Buy Now button. I am form Lithuania so evrything is good with echecks. I tried with personal plan

Still cant, i called bank they said that there was some restrictions they removed it, but still cant, they also said that they are abble to see yesterdays payment trys, but not todays. Is there anyway wordpress blocked my card for to much try?
