Can't make post titles smaller than site title

  Hi there,

  I recently fiddled out with the size of my site title, and now — after hours of working on this — I can’t make the post titles a smaller size than the site title. I’ve tried CSS editing, and various web developer tools (like firebug), in which the smaller post title I want will show up when I enter it in the web developer inspector, but not stick. Any ideas?

  I do have the custom fonts, but not the premium or business version that would allow me to decrease font size, so I probably need to do this in CSS, bu thow? My site uses Twenty Thirteen as its theme.
