Can't manage my sites

    I seem to be having issues managing my sites. When I go to the “My Sites” section, it says “Loading My Sites” up at the top left, but nothing shows up, nothing happens. That “Loading My Sites” stays that way, even if I try to refresh the page.

    Has my site been hacked & I didn’t know it?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like it may be browser-related so let’s check a few things. First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    I think it’s a browser issue. I normally use Firefox, which updates automatically, & did so just a week ago. However, I used Browsehappy & downloaded a new Firefox browser, but then couldn’t get to WordPress at all.

    I also cleaned out my cookies of any WordPress site, & tried again, but still, the browser kept hanging up even getting to my blog, let alone logging into my account. I even tried to log to this forum topic, but that page kept hanging up too. I was, however, able to get onto Facebook & other sites from Firefox, while the WP pages kept glitching.

    Then I tried a different browser – Chrome – & got in with no problems & no delays.

    So, maybe there’s something askew with the WP relation to Firefox?
