can't manage website

  I have logged into my wordpress account and then click onto theme and customise (I have got x template) – but the following comes up: (I have just got a new mac as my old one broke – could this be something to do with it?) thanks (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN
