Cant map domain

Hello
I have the domain http://www.citylights.dk, but when i try to map the domain it says i cant transfer in premium.
What does that meen? and Is there anything I can do so I can use the domain?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It’s not possible to transfer in a domain with a .dk extension, however, you can map it to your WordPress.com site:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
