Can't map uk domain name

  Hi, I am trying to map the following domain name I registered with 123-reg onto my wordpress site but it says it isn’t valid:

  http://www.balham-mindfulness.org.uk

  I believe this may be possible but that the zone record needs to be changed and I need to change the name servers. I don’t know how to do this – please help!
