Can't migrate followers to self-hosted site with Jetpack

  Hi, I’m trying to migrate my followers from wordpress.com to .org. I’m trying to follow the instructions on this page: http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/ , but in my “Settings”, I don’t see a link for “migrate followers”.

  I want to migrate followers FROM prisonprotest.wordpress.com TO prisonprotest.com
