Can't migrate my followers to a new site on wordpress.org
-
Hi, we moved all content from wordpress.com to a self-hosted blog. I have installed the Jetpack plugin on the new site and connected it with my wordpress.com.
However, when I go to Setting and select ‘Migrate Followers’, no site appears in the ‘Select WordPress.com site’ combo box.
Please help
Thanks

Hi atalkadigital,
Please add the modlook tag to this thread so that a staff member can take a look at your site. -

Hi @atalkadigital, can you make sure you’ve stepped through all of the instructions here?
http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/If you still don’t see the site there, please get in touch with Jetpack Support so they can help you troubleshoot:
http://jetpack.me/contact-support/I’ve moved your followers over for you in the meantime (as well as your stats), but sometimes you’ll get a few stragglers — folks who confirm their subscriptions days or weeks after they signed up, for example. So you will still want to be able to do this on your own.

Thanks Supernovia. I did follow these instructions but it did not work.
Could you do the same with the followers on the .co.uk domain please? Also, once all followers are moved, will I use them if I desactivate the Jetpack plugin on my self-hosted site?
Thanks

Hi @atalkadigital, the followers work with Jetpack.
If you need me to migrate followers from another site to another site, can you provide the full addresses for each of them? I don’t want to put followers in the wrong places.
