can't migrate subscribers
-
Hi, I have moved my site, elaineou.wordpress.com, to a self-hosted site at elaineou.com. I installed the Jetpack plugin along with Subscription module, but when I go to the Settings panel on my wordpress.com site, there is no option to migrate subscribers. How can I get it to show up?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Elaine.
You can manage your Jetpack site directly from within WordPress.com, and migrate your followers here. To do this, firstly head to My Sites and select your Jetpack site from the site switcher in the top left. From here, select the Settings option in the left-hand sidebar:
https://wordpress.com/settings/general/elaineou.com
Under ‘Jetpack Status,’ you’ll see a link to ‘migrate followers.’ You can follow the screen prompts to migrate your followers on the resulting page.
Hope that helps out! Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have extra questions around that.

Can you confirm that you’ve selected elaineou.com, not elaineou.wordpress.com, using the site switcher in the top left? Could you also please copy and paste the following URL directly to your browser to let me know if you’re able to see the ‘Jetpack Status’ section here:

Easy mistake to make! Glad you were able to see the option when switching to elaineou.com.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help out with.
