can’t move sidebar to the bottom

  I was using the “silver is the new black” theme but the sidebar was in the way. I wanted to use the entire screen from left to right. I switched to the “sandbox” theme which has the bar on top and bottom the way I wanted it, but now the pictures have frames that I can’t get rid of. How do I remove the frames? If I can’t, how do I move the sidebar to the bottom on the “silver” theme? http://prettycelebrities.wordpress.com
