Can't navigate to get premium refund after following wordpress directions

  Someone please help, I’ve followed the directions Store-> cancel premium theme to get refund and am getting nowhere, please help or cancel my theme for me thank you

  Howdy, I canceled and refunded the Debut theme for you. Please note that it usually takes a week for the credit to post to your account. Just out of curiosity, what kind of issue did you run into? Did you not see the theme listed under Store > My Upgrades?
