Can't navigate to get refund. Interface doesn't work – to your profit-advantage

Just got charged for an upgrade …which I don’t want …and have now spent 45 minutes trying to find the route to obtain a refund. Wow. I’m a web programmer for the past 20 years and can’t accomplish this.
Customer service phone number?
Customer service email address?This should not be hard, especially when auto-renewals are so …auto.

Yes, it says,”You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard, or contact support to request a refund.”
But I see no way to do this via the Upgrades section of my Dashboard and how in the heck does one contact support?
Can you refund my $30. My time is precious …but this is irritating.

No, I can’t. I don’t have your money, I’m just a volunteer.
I flagged this for staff. Could be if you’re not the original person who bought the upgrades, you can’t see them.
