cant not updated Jetpack

I do not get updated Jetpack. Page looks like this when I press on update and when I press the button admin admin.

However, I did notice this note regarding update failing and troubleshooting tip:
Please note: If an update to the latest version of Jetpack fails, please try re-installing Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard. If the install fails and reports “Destination folder already exists,” access your server via SFTP or FTP or hosting file manager, navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, and manually delete the /jetpack/ directory there. Then, reinstall Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.
