Can’t open a support request on Woocommerce

  Can’t open a support request on Woocommerce. Their portal keeps asking me for email confirmation, and when I click on ‘Resend email verification’, I am always redirected to My Site on wp.com here. No confirmation email ever came. I’m stuck. F1!

  I’m showing you were able to confirm your account a few hours ago and also you updated your email address from igor@ to mmmm@ as well.

  Since your account is confirmed now, can you try submitting a request again? It should go through now.

  You’re right that I have changed my email address forth and back, hoping that would ensure it is confirmed.
  The change did not take effect immediately, hence my request here. However, after waiting a couple of hours, I am now able to use Woocommerce support section without limits.
