Can't open blog page from home page or from editing a post in admin.

This only seems to happen on my desktop iMac (OS 10.10.5) so maybe it’s not a WordPress problem. Anyway, the past week or so, I can’t open the Blog page on my website http://www.cannabisandspirituality.com. The little spinning squares keep going around forever. Same thing is happening when I’m logged in and working on a post. When I click ‘View Post’ I get the same spinning icon.

There is no wordpress.COM support for sites that are not hosted here like yours. You are posting to the wrong support forum.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
