Can't Open CSS Tab

  I’m just starting a blog and purchased a custom domain and the custom design feature… I had figured out how to open the css tab in custom design under appearance, then I decided to switch to the origin theme and now i can not open the css tab when I click the tab it just opens up the prieveiw
