Can`t open my blog in any browser intermittently

Hi, I have a blog on wordpress.com and I`ve been dealing with a really annoying problem. The access to my blog is very intermittent. Some times the dashboard and the blog itself will load just fine, but sometimes they won’t. This also affects any blog on wordpress.com I’ve tried using chrome, IE, Firefox, and Safari for windows and none of them will open my blog. The only thing that will open it it’s the built-in browser on RealPlayer. So I’m thinking the problem is on my end, somehow. But I can’t imagine what the problem is.
The message erros I get are:
Chrome
Erro 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Erro desconhecido.
Firefox
I don’t have the original text because my firefox is in portuguese, but i basically says that the connection to the server has been reseted or timed-out

Don’t forget that how you are connecting to the internet and to wordpress.com can be problematic as there are probably many “hops” to connect. Have you tried logging out, force clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again?
