can't open my blog name

  A couple of months ago I made my blog ‘nickesmeets.wordpress.com’.
  At the time I didn’t do anything with it, but now I want to but I don’t seem to be able to acces it.
  When I go to my sites, it says that I don’t have any sites/ blogs yet. But when I go to my account it does say I have ‘nickesmeets.wordpress.com’.
  Can you please help me, because I really would like to be able to create a blog at wordpress.
