WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

thank you for this, I will try to contact them. However, I have registerd my blog with WordPress.com as I was working on it today. I do not know where this jetpack or sg came in. I’ m not a really techie person, so I’m really confused now. I can’t see my entire blog now and I have been writing for 2 weeks now! This is really stressful. However, I will contact jatpack, but I really assumed that my site is with wordpress.com as that is where I originally registered, have no idea how i migrated to worpress.org! in fact, my old blog (I don’t use) is till on wordpress.com -
