Can't open my site and don't know what to do.

    I have problems opening my site. Everytime I click on my website address, the loading just won’t stop. But I have no problem in posting new posts or even in editing some stuff on my wordpress. It’s just the site. Thank you in advance.

    Hi there,

    Is this for https://schnerd.wordpress.com/? I don’t have the best connection so sites typically take long to load for me, but that site loaded in just a few seconds on both Safari and Firefox.

    Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies? A file stuck in the cache could be preventing the site from loading.

    It might also help if you unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset the connection.
