can't open other websites or blogs, even the ones I already had

  when I try to look at a different blog, it will not load, the URL keeps switching to wordpress login, then back to the URL address for the site I am trying to reach, then back to wordpress login. It is happening on any site I try and open

  It sounds to me like you have a browser issue. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, closing the browser, then opening it again and trying again.
