Can't open password-protected post
-
A reader asked if he could view several posts that I made password protected years ago, after a troll had left several obnoxious comments on them. I tried opening them up myself, using what I thought was the correct password, but it doesn’t work. I *believe* the password hasn’t changed: I used an invented term that is known only to my friends and family. However, there is no ‘forget your password?’ option available on the post’s page, and I really don’t want to change the administrative password for my entire WP account/blog. Is there a setting on the Dashboard for individual post passwords?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can open one of those password-protected posts in your Dashboard to see the password. Go to Dashboard > Blog Posts:
https://wordpress.com/posts/hangakugozen.wordpress.com
Then click the Edit link for one of those posts and at the top right you’ll see an eye icon. Click that to see the Post Visibility options. There’s more info here:

@rachelsquirrel, thank you so much! I tried it, and it appears to have worked. I really won’t know until someone else tries to use the password, but I appreciate the time you took to solve my problem.
