Can't open the link to my blog

I can’t open my blog http://tleof.wordpress.com/, it displays error.
That is happening for the last 2-3 weeks.
Some of my friends from other countries, managed to open the link, but I can’t open it.
Is it possible at least to get content of the blog so that I can re-register it?
I have text pieces in there, and I urgently need them.
Please, could you help me.Assel

I can load your blog correctly from here. Where are you connecting from?
Note that some countries have been known to block WordPress.com blogs. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to verify and know for sure when we are blocked in certain locations, or know exactly what is blocked. In some cases, blogs will be accessible, and only the Dashboard will be blocked.
You can try using a “proxy server” to access the blog. See here for a list of options that you may be able to use:

Sorry, just managed to open it via Opera Turbo. however this is not the option for people to read it: (((
Does this really mean that our country is blocked?

Kazakhstan is apparently blocking WordPress.com at the moment – this means that visitors from Kazakhstan will have to use a proxy to get around the block and view any WordPress.com blog.
