  The website you are referring to is a self-hosted site hosted on GoDaddy. This public forum is for providing support for sites hosted on WordPress.com only.

  For a self-hosted site, you can still receive community support on WordPress.ORG Support Forum for WordPress software related issue.

  I suggest you contact your hosting provider for hosting related issue such as site downtime.
