Can't operate the site – keep getting Page Not Available message

I have just set up my WordPress page, but whenever I click on the Dashboard so I can design the site, I get a Web page Not Available Message. The same happens when I confirm my email address. Basically I can’t do anything to the site!

Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?
