Cant paste from word to my blog using mac or iPhone

    Have used wordpress for over two years and only now cannot paste directly from word to my blog? Only want to paste text nothing fancy but right click only shows a small set of choices and paste is not there? Have used the safari based page and the app and both won’t paste? Any ideas please.
