  It says payments are disabled for my account. I want to purchase a subscription.

  Hi there, you should see a notification in your site’s dashboard with a link to contact the WordPress.com billing team. They’ll assist you with this issue as we aren’t able to assist with billing issues here in our community forums. Cheers.

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
