Can't pay by paypal WOTS UP????

  I am trying to convert my WP domain name to a DOMAIN NAME upgrade.
  I fill out the requisite fields and it says: VISA or PAYPAL
  When I click the Paypal button or the logo or anything having to do with PayPal NOTHING HAPPENS!
  But it is sure ready to take my VISA card info. I don’t want to use my VISA thank you very much.
  I especially transferred money into my PayPal account to pay for the upgrade.

  I tested the PayPal purchase option, and it worked in my test.

  As a first troubleshooting step, can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and let me know if that fixes the problem for you?

  If that doesn’t help, can you please let me know what browser and browser version you are using?

  Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.
  I was/am using IE (something) and used a friend’s machine: Mozilla Firefox.
  The transaction went through effortlessly!
  I have my new domain name and am thoroughly happy!
