    Hello, we want upgrade the website but can’t pay, we try a credit card and Paypal, a message was popped up and told us that our payment wasn’t accepted and the order was forbade. How can I pay?

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
