can´t pay to upgrade

I´ve used my card to renew my domain, but wordpress don´t let me pay to upgrade my plan.

It seems like there’s a little mix-up I can quickly clarify for you.
Two days ago, another user on your site (@campelothales) purchased the Explorer plan for your site. This means that currently, only @campelothales has the ability to upgrade the plan to a higher tier.
However, if you’re looking to manage the plan and perform the upgrade yourself, you can ask @campelothales to leave a reply in this thread confirming they agree to transfer the plan to your account. Once we have that confirmation, we’ll happily facilitate the transfer of the plan to your account, and you’ll be able to proceed with the upgrade.

@campelothales and i are working together to solve the problem in our site. he also tried to upgrade our plan, and couldn´t do it, because wordpress cancels our payment. our site is 3 days out of work, and we need a solution, or at leat, a forecast.

We can’t take a look at purchases for an account that hasn’t been verified. Please have @campelothales comment on this post so we can assist you further. We can either transfer the plan to your account or assist them with the upgrade directly.
